This nursing educational program will address the nutritional challenges of high risk infants and also discuss important patient safety research.
Objectives
  • -Discuss current research in neonatal nutrition to improve feeding tolerance and decrease infection risk.
  • -Review the effect of attention-related factors on the safe performance of critical tasks such as preparing and administering infant feedings.
